I ventured into Twitterland last summer as part of checking out all this new fangled social media malarchy. OK, I confess – up until then I had been somewhat of a social media dinosaur.
It has been a couple of months since I started this blog. The whole process of losing my blogging virginity has been a steep learning curve. Losing your virginity in other aspects of life is, usually, a private affair. But losing your blogging virginity requires that you do it in full view of anyone that wants to watch!
I was a Social Media Virgin until recently. My first experience of Social Media didn’t blow me away. In fact, I must be totally honest and say I did wonder what all the fuss was about at first. For me, there was a lot of fumbling around, not sure if I was doing the right thing. Quite frankly, I wasn’t getting any satisfaction out of it at all!
