Make the decision right now that you are going to kill the vampire. Decide that you are going to create something better starting today. Take some time to reflect, analyse and challenge the real source of what is causing the situation. Commit to find a way to change those things.
Once you have taken the time to really get clear on the source of the problem, work out what the solution is. Then look for small steps you can take to start moving you forward.
Take small steps regularly and consistently and you will be well on the way to killing your work life vampire and on the path to creating a more fulfilling reality.
