		<description>Hi Heather, your comment about not expecting every day to be perfect is spot on. I think it is good to remember that kids need to be kids and let off steam during the school holidays and that will happen whether we are working or not. Cutting them some slack and not having unrealistic expectations of them is important.</description>

		<description>The biggest challenges for me are the interruptions and change in ambient noise.  Most of the time, the kids are great and respect the fact that I&#039;m working, but there are always those days that get out of hand.  I think you just have to be aware that not everyday can be perfect.</description>
