I agree the Kiyosaki stuff should be required reading for young people. We have got his Cashflow 101 game which really helps in developing the financial mindset and is a really practical way to put the lessons into action. Good fun too.

Having read most of the above, I have to agree they are great books, however Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki is a favourite and so are his subsequent books. When our boys were growing up these were required reading. BTW I used to pay our teenagers to read books at a time when they were reluctant to do so and set a quiz at the end to see if they really had been reading them!!

I have read Tribes by Seth Godin which I really enjoyed. Will put Linchpins on my reading list. Have heard a few people mention that one. Will be interested to check out the Jack Canfield one too. Thanks for sharing your suggestions. Much appreciated.

Hi Ali,
great choice of books – have read most of them.
Just glancing over at my ever expanding library of books, I noticed Tony Humphreys books, and would happily recommend all his writings. He is a child psychologist but writes a compelling account on our attitude to work in “Work & Worth”. I also enjoyed his “The Mature Manager”

Have read a few of those, think and grow rich and the 7 habits i think are must reads for anyone, whether your in business or not.

From a business point of view, I'd add Influence by Robert Cialdini. Great book from a marketing and persuasion point of view.
