Not something I&#039;ve heard of before. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I take the same kind of approach when I&#039;m working with young people who are preparing for exams. The general message is usually; start taking action now, what are you looking to achieve overall (what&#039;s your success criteria) and what are you going to do today/this week/ this month to start making that happen. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Loving this series Ali - Thank you</description>
